OnePlus will release a mid-priced phone in July in India called the OnePlus Z, Android Police reports.
The OnePlus Z will become the company’s first truly affordable phone in a while. And now, it comes a new leak to fill us in on the precise Indian price. And also, it gives us some of its specs.
Several phone leaks, firstly, the OnePlus 8 Lite, revealed an OLED 6.55-inch display with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. And then, a 16MP wide-angle camera. According to XDA-Developers, the system is said to come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765 processor.
The new survey reveals in line with past reports that OnePlus Z will indeed be an affordable smartphone. It suggests that the OnePlus Z for the base 6 GB RAM. Another choice is 128 GB internal storage model will start at a price of Rs 24,990.
Geekbench had previously announced the 12 GB RAM model and this will of course be slightly higher priced.
The OnePlus Z will be priced at 24,990 rupees (about $330) in India. It is about $200 less than what the OnePlus 8 retails in India for, according to Android Police.
OnePlus CEO Pete Lau tweeted the company will hold an event for the launch of its OnePlus TVs in India on July 2nd. The speculation right now is that the company will then also be announcing the OnePlus Z.
