An UK social media consulting firm, Hopper HQ lists the highest paid Instagram accounts for each post. Quoting from CNBC, the Instagram account of actor Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock is the most expensive paid account.
The Rock is the highest paid celebrity
Firstly, The Rock, with its official Instagram account, @therock, gaining $1,015,000 per post. On that list, The Rock has 187 million followers on Instagram.
Secondly, the Rock managed to outperform famous celebrity from the United States, Kylie Jenner who was in second place. Kylie’s pay per one post uploaded on Instagram is US $ 986,000.
In the next position there is the Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo. The man who has an Instagram account @cristiano is gaining US $ 889,000 per post on Instagram.
Hopper HQ has started publishing a list of the most expensive Instagram accounts since 2017. The survey asked celebrities and social media influencers to determine how much they were paid. Hopper HQ also spoke with advertisers to estimate how much they could bill for a post.
