Most of China’s best startups are making significant breakthrough in artificial intelligence (AI), according to a new LinkedIn report. AI businesses are taking the lead in autonomous driving. Consequently, they dominate the top 5 positions of China’s best startups to work for positions in LinkedIn’s 2019 list.
In order to enter in this year’s list, companies had to be privately-held, be seven years or younger, and have 50 or more employees. Later the rank is based on LinkedIn user feedback. To clarify, the feedbacks are around Employment growth; engagement with employees; job interest; and ability to attract top talent from leading employers.

Here is the list of China’s best startups to work for.
1. ByteDance
It is the second year for the company to get the best companies to work for in China, according to LinkedIn.
The company internet technology business has seen rapid growth in its seven years. Therefore, it now boasts a 50,000-strong workforce and several content platforms. The platforms include news site Toutiao (meaning headlines) and video-sharing app TikTok.
Besides, the company is focused on using machine-learning technology to tailor their product to the audience’s interests and is hiring in this regard.
2. Didi
Didi Chuxing or commonly known as Didi is a Chinese ride-hailing business headquartered in Beijing. The company provides a full breadth of transportation services.
The services range from taxis to buses and e-bikes. Furthermore, the company operates in over 1,000 cities worldwide. Besides, the seven-year-old start-up is also developing its own autonomous driving capabilities and has been hiring significantly in this area.

3. Bitmain
It is a Beijing-based semiconductor design company. It is known for its custom chip design for bitcoin mining machines. Moreover, it has research centers globally. That includes the U.S., Canada, Switzerland, Russia, and Brazil. Moreover, it currently also accepts unsolicited job applications.
