Forbes recently released a list of the ten world’s billionaire in 2021 which positioned Jeff Bezos, a businessman from the technology sector, with the most total wealth, $177 billion.
Bezos is not the only technology sector businessman on the list of the 10 richest people in the world in 2021, there are six other figures who are in this sector. Here’s the list:

Jeff Bezos US $ 177 billion
Jeff Bezos is an entrepreneur who became one of the founders of a technology company, Amazon. His business is fairly successful and is now the richest person in the world according to Forbes.
On July 16, 1995, Bezos founded Amazon.com after the name of a river in South America. He started his business in the garage of the house and was assisted by several colleagues.
The site was founded with a trial project selling books. Within 30 days the book was sold throughout the United States and 45 countries.
On February 3, 2021, he officially announced his resignation as CEO of Amazon, a company he raised for 27 years.
Even though he is no longer the CEO at Amazone. Now he is focusing on several of his companies, namely the Day 1 Fund, Bezos Earth Fund, Blue Origin, and The Washington Post.

Elon Musk US $ 151 billion
Elon Musk is the majority shareholder of Tesla and is one of the founders. He founded Tesla in February 2004.
Not only serving as CEO at Tesla, he also founded a space company called SpaceX in June 2002. Now SpaceX is active in various space projects, one of which is with NASA.
Later, Musk reportedly wants to build a city for his own company around the launch pad of the SpaceX rocket in southern Texas.
Now Elon Musk’s total wealth reaches US $ 151 billion. The wealth he has is not far from Bezos.

Bill Gates US $ 124 billion
Most of the people in the world know the name Bill Gates. He is a technology businessman who is the same as Bezos, starting his career in the garage of the house.
In 1975 he founded the Microsoft software company. Gates was born to a father who worked as a corporate attorney and his mother served on the board of directors of First Interstate BancSystems and the United Way.
Gates founded the company with his friend Paul Allen. In 1990 he successfully released an operating system for computers.
Now he does not only focus on technology, but now Gates has chosen to focus on climate change that threatens the Earth’s population.
He also launched a book entitled How To Avoid a Climate Disaster. In that book, Gates tells the various threats to Earth’s climate and how to solve them.
This is not the first time that Gates has entered the Forbes list of the world’s richest people. According to a Forbes report, he was also included in the ranks of the world’s richest people from 1996 to 2004.

Mark Zuckerberg US $ 97 billion
Mark Zuckerberg is known as one of the founders of the largest social media platform, Facebook, which was founded in 2004. He founded Facebook with some of his friends when be a student at Harvard University.
Not only developing a business for Facebook, he also bought several social media companies such as Instagram and WhatsApp. He acquired Instagram for US $ 1 billion in 2012, while WhatsApp was purchased in 2014.
He is currently developing several applications.
