Stepping out of Zalora, Jeroschewski worked for DHL E-commerce Asia Pacific. Then, together with Dana von der Heide, also a veteran in the industry, they founded Parcel Perform in 2015.
The company collects data from more than 570 carriers and caters using more than 20 languages. It helps e-commerce merchants and customers to track their parcels through three core products.
The first product, is a branded parcel tracking. It allows customers to track their parcel through a page available in many languages. There are proactive notifications until the final receipt of the delivery using Parcel Monitor.
For the merchants, there is an analytics platform that shows the actual performance of the logistic providers. Also, they can get highlights from any service issues from . In addition, a consolidated customer service interface allows merchants to handle delivery enquiries faster and more effectively.
Despite the huge growth and coverage, Parcel Perform has only raised $1.5 million from two funding rounds. The latest funding at January 2018 raised the company $1.1 million from a seed funding round.
Along with its expansion to Europe, Parcel Perform adds a new feature to their platform. The new platform, as the company said, can improve customer experience. As well as reduce customer service cost and increase logistic performance for e-commerce industry.
“The market for customer experience, personalisation, and tech-enabled logistics management is ripe for growth and we are well-positioned to help companies grow in this area,” stated Jeroschewski.
