The Gallup research combines 30 separate studies and data from more than 1 million respondents. The study found that the millennial workforce often wants to resign from work.

The first reason, they have high and unrealistic expectations regarding what their daily work life is like.
Second, millennial is often impatient and frustrated. Because, they want their career uphill in a matter of months, not a matter of years.
The third reason, this young generation is experiencing an overload of social media. This condition can create a distortion of reality where other people seem to have amazing lives.
Fourth, company factors. That is, companies do not give them new opportunities or reasons that convince them to survive.
