Doing something on time will give happiness and satisfaction to the work. If the work is related to clients, your clients certainly will be more impressed.

Self-Consistency

Even if you can do the same thing at one time for work that is still almost similar, don’t try to do it for big things. Doing two things that are of equal magnitude will cause loss.

Set a self-consistency limit about doing something. You have to also avoid things that can disturb your focus. It will trigger stress and will not produce something effective.

Stress is susceptible to stopping productivity and hibernation in a long time. If that’s the case, your client will certainly easily turn your attention to other business people. Do not let it happen.

Make and Apply the Principle of Doing this and That at One Time

Who said doing something together would eliminate focus altogether? If you know what is being done and you already understand the categories of work that can be done together, you can still focus.

For example, you can just do the caption for online promotion on social media, and at the same time it can be done by answering customer questions that enter Chat Messenger.

Set the Priority Scale and Make a To-Do List

Being a multitasking businessman does not mean letting time run the way it is, flowing like water. However, it needs to be planned according to priorities.

Separate which urgent needs, important needs, and important but not urgent needs.

By doing that way, you will become more disciplined and achieve more satisfying results. Just imagine if you don’t have priorities, you might not achieve your target.

After having a priority scale, make a to do list or list of daily and weekly records to facilitate the implementation of the plans that have been made.

Know the Limits of Yourself

Even if you set high standards for each job, keep in mind not to overdo it. You may be a workaholic, but you have tobknow the limits of yourself well.

Having a balanced break with work time will help you be more refreshed through the day.

Knowing your limits will also allow you to see which work has been done successfully in multitask.

Don’t force yourself too much

Being a multitasking businessman does require practice for habituation. Do not force yourself to do something together in everything. Sort and choose based on priorities and abilities of self.
