It was last week that Chinese smartphone giant OPPO launched its new smartphone Reno 2. Just recently, the company’s vice president Brian Shen has teased a new one that will supposedly launch not on September.
The VP signaled this on Weibo about the novel, upcoming smartphone of Reno series. Based on his post, three cryptic details were given, which are (1) it is not Reno 2, (2) it won’t launch on September, and (3) Reno _ _ _ has _ _ hz and _ w super flash upgrade version.
Specifically, the fill in the blanks leaves the netizens wondering. People are speculating about it and guessing that this might be a premium one.
Currently, the already released OPPO Reno 2 is a whole new level in its class. The phone was the first phone to introduce numerous advanced features such as 10x lossless zoom and pop-up Shark Fin front camera.
In addition, the Dynamic AMOLED screen on Reno 2 is above its competitors. Of course, the competitors are those at that price range and point.
If this new Reno were truly far more advanced that its predecessor, then it would be really really breathtaking.

The Disclosed Information So Far
So far, the disclosed details of this new phone is little but promising. Although it is not officially confirmed yet, but these little details surely give hope to the OPPO lovers.
Given that the phone provides a 90 Hz display refresh rate, the phone will also support 5G technology as well. Along with the high refresh rate, it will likely have 50w SuperVOOC fast-charging.
Dissimilar to the predecessor, this new, premium, elegant one will surely be equipped with much more advancement. There are so many undisclosed information about its features as the VP is making it highly confidential.
However, many people and analysts predict that the official updates and confirmation will be dropped soon, if it in days. People are, ergo, waiting for the updates.
