The price of Crypto asset or cryptocurrency Dogecoin, again significantly strengthened on Thursday’s trading session (4/2/2021), thanks to a series of tweets from the world’s richest man, Elon Musk.
Reporting from CNN, Friday (5/2/2021), the series of tweets of the Tesla CEO was able to boost the price of crypto assets bearing the Shiba Inu dog logo by more than 50 percent.
Through his @elonmusk account, Musk originally wrote the word “Doge”.
The chirp immediately raised the Dogecoin price to a level of 0.057 US dollars per chip.
A few minutes later, Musk immediately uploaded a still image of the animated film ‘The Lion King’, where he replaced the face of Simba who was being lifted by Rafiki with his, with the words “You’re welcome”.
The man who was born 49 years ago added to his tweets by writing, “Dogecoin is a public crypto asset” and “Not high, not low, only Doge”.
This is not the first time that Musk has embraced positive sentiment for the Dogecoin move.
On December 20, he wrote one word “Doge”, after which the price of Dogecoin immediately shot up 20 percent.
In an interview session, Musk said, he should have started investing in crypto assets a long time ago.
“Right now I think Bitcoin is a good thing. I joined late, but I support Bitcoin, “he said.
