What is Dogecoin?
Dogecoin is one of the cryptocurrencies that has developed since 2013. Releaseing right in December last year, quoting Fortune, Saturday (30/1/2021).
In the beginning, cryptocurrency was created based solely on a joke.
This is reflected in the Dogecoin name and logo taken from the ‘doge’ meme, which is an image of a Shiba Inu dog that looks confused.
Dogecoin’s reputation became bad when it was linked to fraud in 2015.
However, with its relatively cheap price, unlike bitcoin, Dogecoin also remains busy in transactions.
The reason is, in contrast to bitcoins which are very limited in number, Dogecoin actually keeps increasing its pieces every minute.
Therefore, cryptocurrency is also widely used for fundraising, so Dogecoin is known to be ‘friendly’.
