Cryptocurrency is soaring altogether, with Bitcoin soaring more than 8% and re-breaking $40,000 again.
As of 10:30 a.m. on the 28th (GMT+8), Bitcoin jumped 8.53% from 24 hours ago to $41,132, surpassing $40,000 again.
Bitcoin plunged about 10 percent the previous day after Amazon officially denied rumors that it would allow bitcoin payments by the end of the year, but it stopped plunging and is on the rise again.
Although Amazon officially denied allowing bitcoin payments by the end of the year, investors seem to be buying bitcoin again, noting that Amazon is considering bitcoin payments.
“It is not true that we allow Bitcoin to be paid within this year,” Amazon spokesman said in an e-mail statement on the previous day. However, he said, “We are looking closely at how cryptocurrency plays a role in customers shopping on Amazon.”
Amazon spokesman admitted that he is working to pay for cryptocurrency, although it is not this year. Investors seem to be giving meaning to this part.
Not only Bitcoin but also other cryptographies are soaring at the number of the same time. Ethereum, which ranks second in market capitalization, is up 6.52% from 24 hours ago to $2309.
Binancecoin and Cardano are also surging 4.49 percent and 4.97 percent, respectively.
