The Cyberpunk 2077 game which some time ago was viral because many gamers played it. However, due to the discovery of many problems, Sony Interactive Entertainment will remove the Cyberpunk 2077 game. Neither from the PlayStation Store until an indefinite time limit. In addition, Sony also offers refunds to customers who have purchased the game.
Sony’s policy is a form of responsibility, namely to provide satisfying games to customers.
“SIE strives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Therefore we will start offering full refunds to all gamers who have purchased Cyberpunk 2077 through the PlayStation Store,” Sony said via Twitter, Friday (18/12).
“SIE will also remove Cyberpunk 2077 from the PlayStation Store until further notice,” said Twitter.
Many Gamers Who Have Protested
Quoting from CNNIndonesia, many players have reported some bugs and problems with Cyberpunk 2077, especially on the PS4 console.
Earlier this week, CD Projekt Red also offered refunds to anyone who bought Cyaberpunk 2077, but directed people to the offline store or digital store where the game was purchased.
“We should pay more attention to make it play better on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. If you are not happy with the game on the console and do not want to wait for an update, you can choose to return your copy,” said CD Projekt Red in an official statement.
However, many consumers find it difficult to get a refund, either through stores like GameStop or at digital stores like the PlayStation Store.
CD Projekt Red is known to be working on a series of updates for Cyberpunk 2077.The first update will be released in January 2021, the second for February. According to CD Projekt Red, the update will address the most prominent issues during gameplay.
