Greeting the new year, WhatsApp will release 3 new features on its platform.The previous year, WhatsApp has introduced dark mode into its application version. Apart from that, there is also a forever option added to the Mute Chat feature.
Special this year, WhatsApp will bring three new features, namely sending lots of items in chat, audio and video call features for browsers and desktops, as well as updates to the Terms and Privacy Policy.

Sending Many Items in Chats
This year WhatsApp users will be able to send lots of items in chat. WaBetaInfo reports, the beta version on iOS 2.21.10.23 is the one that will taste the ability to paste multiple images and videos on the platform.
WaBetaInfo also added that users can select several images from the photo gallery and press export followed by clicking copy.

Voice and Video Call from Browsers and Desktop
The ability to call audio and video can be done before in the application version. But this year WhatsApp will reportedly add both features to the browser and desktop soon.
The concept is the same as when calling from the application. Later WhatsApp will launch a limited beta version first, including adding a phone button on the WhatsApp Browser and Desktop.

Updates to the Terms and Privacy Policy
This year users are required to agree to the latest Terms and Privacy Policy. If not reported they should be ready to delete the short message account.
According to the WaBetaInfo report, WhatsApp will update the service policy on February 8, 2021. Although the date is still possible to change.
