After retiring, Ma will certainly be involved in the philanthropic universe. He has founded the Jack Ma Foundation since 2014. The sector that caught his attention was in the education sector, because Ma was a teacher.
Jack Ma signals his interest in philanthropy, the environment, women’s empowerment, education and development.
Before he was 70, he could do things in other fields, like education area.

Alibaba’s share
Additionally, he still holds 6.22% of Alibaba’s shares and his fortune is USD 40 billion. However, as a former teacher and eager to return to work in the field of education, he wanted young talents to stand out on Alibaba after his death.
He said that teachers always want their students to exceed them, so it is his responsibility and the company to invite younger and more talented people to take on the role of leader.
Jack Ma left Alibaba with his head held high. Last November, he was among 100 people who received awards from the Chinese government for making a major contribution to the country’s economic transformation.
Ma managed to fulfill his intention of wanting to retire younger than Bill Gates. Gates retired from Microsoft at the age of 58 in 2014.
In other words, he wants to guarantee his legacy. He doesn’t leave the company in full. This is a smart way to go in glorious conditions.
