Apple finally introduced the iPhone 12 Series through an online event. So what is the difference between the iPhone 12 mini and the iPhone 12?
There are many similarities compared to the differences
The difference only comes from the size. If the mini one has a Super Retina XDR Display (OLED) 5.4 inches screen and weighing 135 grams. While iPhone 12 has an OLED 6.1 inches screen and weighing 164 grams.
The screen of the iPhone 12 mini has 2340×1080 pixels resolution with a density 476 ppi. While the iPhone 12 screen has 2532×1170 pixels resolution with a density of 460 ppi.
“The iPhone 12 Mini is the lightest, thinnest, and smallest 5G cellphone in the world,” Apple claims as quoted Wednesday (14/20/2020) from Apple’s Youtube.
The rest of iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 only have things in common. At the top of the screen, you can find Apple’s distinctive wide notch that has been around since the iPhone X. It is place of selfie camera and the Face ID biometric sensor. The camera uses 12MP sensor.
Both performance is faster
iPhone 12 Mini and iPhone 12 will be driven by the A14 Bionic which is claimed to have 40% faster performance than its predecessor. This chipset is combined with 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB internal memory.
On the back of this smarthphones, there are two rear cameras are embedded. Namely a camera with 12 MP wide sensor and 12 MP ultra wide camera. This camera features Night Mode, Deep Fusion and HDR.
5 color variants
Additionally, the new iPhone is equipped with WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5 and NFC technology. There are five color variants of this smartphone. Namely, Black, White, PRODUCT RED, Blue, and Green.
