What was Bill Gates like as a child?
He likes almost any kind of book, encyclopedia, science fiction, whatever. I am glad that my son is an avid reader, but he reads too much so his mother and I make a rule, he can’t read books at the dinner table.
What was Bill’s dream first?
When Bill was in fifth grade, Bill had to fill out a list of what he wanted to be when he grew up. There are lists that the students have to choose one of them, namely doctor, firefighter or cowboy. Students only choose one. Yet, Bill crosses astronaut, but he also writes scientist.
When he was growing up, he was very curious about how the world worked. And he had his own ideas about business, life, international relations and what the future would be like. Back then, it was hard for me to believe that this kid would one day be my boss, but it’s happening now.
When was the first time he knew computers?
When he was a little kid.There are group of teachers who raised money to pay for a device connected to a computer via a telephone connection. But, they did not make it. Thus, Young Bill Gates belongs to a group of math students and was invited to use the system and he learned then it worked. When he was 13 years old he was infatuated with computers.
