Finding a job is not as easy as falling off a log. Having to create the best resume possible, compete against other candidates, and fare well in the interview are a long, taxing process. Thus, you should be grateful once a company accepts you and do not easily quit your job.

As important as skills might be, attitude is more important. If you lack of the necessary skills, you can learn the stuffs so long as you have determination. However, if you do not have a good attitude, it will require decades to shape one. If, by any chance, your company does not think attitude is important, it is time for you to leave.
Development is None of Their Concern
Besides earning salary, any company should also facilitate development for employees. The development reaches numerous sectors such as skill development, career development, psychological development, and so on. If you think that you do not get this facilitation, time to pack your stuffs.
Job Description is Never Vivid
They say be creative at work, be initiative at work. Well, that is true. Creativity, critical thinking, initiatives, all those stuffs are very grave for employees to possess. However, without a vivid job description, everything is useless because you do not know what you need to exactly do. Instead, it will hinder you.
Salary is Below Your Needs
Let’s be realistic here. Salary matters. Hence, if the company you work for fail to give you the money you require to fulfill your basic needs, then do not waste your time and energy for them. Also, you need to consider money for you to save as well. BUT, remember that you yourself have to be wise with using your money. Do not think that your salary is not enough if every day you are attempting to buy jewelries.
