For companies, hiring fresh graduates or experienced workers has become a crucial consideration. While experienced workers know better at what they are doing, the majority of companies is afraid of fresh graduates being clueless of what they should do.
Accordingly, this is true as companies prefer to not hire fresh graduates at the end of the day. Based on a survey presented by Entrepreneur Media, fresh graduates find it most difficult to find a job.

Lower Cost
In recruiting their employees, companies mostly want to spend as few as possible to acquire the best. This has become one of the basic principles of doing a good business.
With this in mind, fresh graduates are clearly the better choice. While experienced workers generally require a higher salary, fresh graduates mostly do not ask much. Also, they sometimes possess excellent qualities that companies do not expect.
Adaptability
For those who have ever worked at other companies, they tend to compare the work culture of one company to the other. Usually, this is what fresh graduates will not do. They possess no such background, thus comparing one another seems to less likely happen.
Besides, recently graduating from universities makes fresh graduates up to date. With that being said, it will be easier for them to adapt to new technology, work culture, environment, and so forth.
Blank Slate
John Locke once made an analogy between children and a blank slate. The theory, Tabula Rasa, explains that children possess no built-in mental content, thus they can be “written” with anything, just like a blank slate.
This is in line with fresh graduates while joining a company. As they are completely fresh, they can be nurtured to become what the company requires or wants them to be. This is so as they are similar to a blank slate.
Determination
This is also a quality fresh graduates possess. In most cases, fresh graduates are far more determined to do their tasks rather than experienced workers. The reasons vary. For instance, they want to impress their employers or colleagues, or show them what they are made of.
Furthermore, they are not solely determined to perfectly execute their tasks. Accordingly, most fresh graduates tend to have better determination to learn and adapt to novel stuffs they previously have no clue about.
